⚠️ Safety Reminders

• For export markets: avoid cheap plastic-body sealers — high temperatures can cause deformation or fire hazards. Our metal body is the safe choice.
• Always choose a pure copper transformer — aluminum transformers burn out easily under unstable voltages and waste electricity.
• Use a screwdriver to replace the heating wire and PTFE cloth. Do not force-open the machine.

Maintenance Tips

• Keep the sealing surface clean at all times to prevent oxidation and extend the life of the heating wire and PTFE cloth.
• Do not wipe the sealing surface with a wet cloth.
• Inspect the PTFE cloth every time you replace the heating wire — a damaged cloth can cause short circuits. Replace immediately if damaged.
• Always use a replacement heating wire of the same specification as the original.
• For thin bags, use lower temperature settings and shorter sealing times to extend machine and wire lifespan.
• After 30 minutes of continuous use, allow the machine to cool for 10 minutes before resuming operation.
