Sample Testing Before You Order Not sure if our machine fits your product? Send us samples — we'll run a live video test and show you real packaging results before you commit.

1-Year Warranty Every machine includes a 1-year warranty on parts and components.

Shipping Damage

• Carrier fault: We'll send replacement parts + a how-to video at no charge.
• Human error after delivery: Replacement parts are available at cost.
• Machine unusable on arrival: We'll arrange a full re-shipment, covered by our shipping insurance.

Custom Orders Are Non-Refundable All machines are built to order. Once production begins, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your voltage, power, and nameplate details before ordering.
